DATA PROTECTION AUTHORIZATION
By clicking on the Agree button below, I hereby authorize FFA (“Football Foundation for Africa”) to collect, process and publish my personal data filled out on the application form in accordance with the FFA Privacy Policy, on any restricted or pubic website maintained by the FFA. This includes storing my personal data in a file system or database for the purposes of the organization and celebration of the Africa Football Business Summit, which will be held in Kigali, Rwanda on 14th and 15th September 2022.
I am aware that my authorized personal data can be consulted by anyone having access to the FFA websites.
I acknowledge that this authorization will remain in effect util I provide a written notice of revocation.
I hereby warrant I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and have every right to contract in my own name in the above regard.

- We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

- The FFA will only use personal data for adequate relevant and non-excessive uses, ensuring that it will be processed fairly and lawfully and only being used for the purposes described in this policy.

- HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
- We keep your personal data for only as long as we need to. How long we need your personal data depends on what we are using it for, as set out in this privacy policy. If we no longer need your data, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you. If we have asked for your permission to process your personal data and we have no other lawful grounds to continue with that processing, and you withdraw your permission, we will delete your personal data. However, when you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we will keep your email address to ensure that we do not send you any marketing in future.

- All interested parties will be able to exert their right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the treatment the personal data in the terms established by applicable legislation.
