David Rutambuka is an Assistant Professor of Marketing, AI and Data Analysis at ICD Business School (Paris) and a researcher at the Laboratoire de Recherche Appliquée (LaRA). He holds a PhD in Management from Université Paris Dauphine and a BBA in Finance from the National University of Rwanda. His research interests revolve around Mergers & Acquisitions, customer satisfaction and firm performance relationship. David has an extensive experience in business development services and SME management in Rwanda. His teaching topics are marketing data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI) and market research. He is a visiting lecturer at Almaty Business School (Kazakhstan), ADA University (Azerbaijan), and Université Centrale de Tunis (Tunisia).
David is a former footballer in the 1st Division in Rwanda (Intare FC) and the 2nd Division (National University of Rwanda – UNR FC). He was also an official referee for the French Football Federation (FFF) from 2012 to 2016 in the Central Region.
He is interested in football-related research and recently published an article entitled, “How can Artificial Intelligence justify the Golden Ball (Ballon d’Or)?, in the Management & Data Science journal.
