With over 15 Years in experiential and sports marketing in East Africa, Raymond Oruo has been Chief Executive Officer at Gor Mahia since September 2020.

Raymond has previously worked as a Sports Manager at KCB Bank Group and General Manager at KCB Football Club. Between 2000 and 2004, he was the Executive Officer at Kenya Rugby Union. He has also worked with Redhouse Group and Mediage PR EA, among others.

Mr Oruo holds a Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Moi University and an M. Phil – Economics and Planning in Education from Maseno University. He recently completed the FIFA/CIES International Programme in Sports Management at Nelson Mandela University.
