Tony Mamodaly is Head of International Operations at TSG Hoffenheim and an elected member of the DFL Internationalization Committee, an advisory board to the DFL Executive Committee. In his role with the Bundesliga side, he co-developed and spearheads the club’s international partnership network, including Major League Soccer side FC Cincinnati and African giants Accra Hearts of Oak. Dubbed the Common Value Club Alliance, the network’s mission is to create a holistic development platform that promotes excellence on and off the field while adding value to the people, the planet, and society.
In addition to his position with TSG, he is the managing partner of Mind Game Sport, a talent agency he founded in Miami in 2015 to help released academy players discover alternative career pathways at American colleges and universities. Mamodaly started his career with LA-based sports marketing and talent management agency Wasserman and studied at St. Thomas University Florida and Columbia University in New York City.
