In case of postponement of the event, the ticket will be valid for the next date established and with the same conditions. If the event is cancelled, delegates may request a refund within 30 days following communication of the cancellation.

For delegates, cancellation requests made 28 days or more before the event will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations 14 – 28 days before the event date will receive a 75% refund.

Cancellations requests received 7 - 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations requests received 3 - 7 days before the event will receive a 25% refund.

There will be no refunds for cancellations within three(3) days of the event. All refunds will be processed and paid within 30 days following the event.
