Joyce is a Regional Advisor and Consultant specializing in Gender Economics, Gender Governance, and partnerships between Non-profit and For-profit sectors. With over ten years of experience, she fosters innovative collaborations between the Global South and the Global North, emphasizing gender perspectives for impactful outcomes.

As the Founding Director of Business Advantage in Nairobi, Kenya, Joyce supports African women in developing resilient business strategies that integrate social impact. She has collaborated with organizations such as the United Nations Great Lakes Region and held leadership roles, including National Chair of the ICGLR-RWF Kenya Chapter and Business Development Advisor for the East Africa Chamber of Commerce.

Joyce is also a member of the International Trade Centre Women in International Trade Council, an Honorary Ambassador and Thought Leader with the International Women’s Think Tank (USA), and has been recognized with the Executive Leadership Impact Award from the Integrity International Trade & Business Network (USA).

She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the United States International University – Africa and several professional development certificates, including Women in Ceasefire Negotiations, Reading and Interpreting International Trade Agreements—The Case of hashtag#AfCFTA, and Negotiating Social Impact Investment. Joyce promotes innovative partnership strategies, co-creation, multi-stakeholder knowledge sharing, and gender-inclusive strategies for authentic global impact.
