Resourceful and enterprising, Sadibou is a football development enthusiast with nearly two decades of experience in football administration. He was also a former CEO of Hawks Football Club, one of the most prominent clubs in The Gambia, and an executive member of The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) from 2018 to 2022. At the GFF, he served as secretary and member of the federation’s Emergency Committee.

Aside from being one of the most respected scouts and proficient administrator, he runs his own printing and stationery supply business, Creation Plus. He is a partner at Sportlex Agency, a football talent development entity known for nurturing and paving the way for aspiring, talented African footballers. Together with his partner, he scouted and facilitated the transfer of several Gambian international players to professional leagues outside The Gambia.

He holds a BA in International Relations and Diplomacy (First Class) from Cavendish University Uganda and a Diploma in Law from the West African Insurance Institute – WAII, Banjul, The Gambia.
