Terence Tinashe Malunga is a lawyer, banker, former professional footballer, and founder of Tinmahn Group, a preeminent athlete and talent branding, marketing and management agency. He is the founder and Chairman of the Zimbabwe Football Forum, a football business symposium aimed at professionalizing and transforming the local and regional football industry.

With 11 years of domestic and regional banking and financial experience, he has significant expertise in bilateral and syndicated lending, corporate finance, financial and investment markets regulations and compliance, corporate governance, digital financial services, project financing, insolvency and debt restructuring. Terence previously worked for a domestic financial services provider before joining African Export-Import Bank as part of their legal team. He founded Maenza Capital, an investment and advisory firm in Zimbabwe and consulted for an international sovereign claims and management advisory firm. 

Terence is a Chevening Scholar with an LLM in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London. He is pursuing a Master in Business Administration with Suffolk University in the United Kingdom and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports law.

He is a former footballer who was a product of the elite Agatha Sheneti Soccer Academy. He represented and captained the country’s junior national teams. In 2009, Terence won the Zimbabwean PSL Championship with Gunners Football Club and played in the CAF Club Champions League the following year. Driven by an academic zeal, he retired from football at 23 to pursue a law degree.
