Terry is the Vice President of the Kenya Footballers Welfare Association ( KEFWA), representing football players across Kenya’s professional and semi-professional leagues, including the Kenya Premier League, National Super League, Women’s National Super League, and Women’s Premier League.

With over a decade of experience in Sports Management, Terry is a leading advocate for athletes’ rights in Africa and beyond. She serves on the FIFPRO Global Women’s Football Taskforce, the FIFPRO Africa Board, and the Confederation Africaine de Football (CAF) Executive Committee for Women’s Football. A former Kenya Women’s National Football and Kenya Beach soccer team captain, Terry uses her journalism and communication development background to champion hashtag#inclusion and hashtag#equality in sports.

Recently completing the FIFA Master – International MA in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport, Terry currently works with the Uni Global World Players Association, which brings together 85,000 players across over 100 player associations in 60 countries. At the beginning of the year, she was honoured with the AFRICAN WOMEN IN SPORTS – AWIS Initiative (AWIS) Sports Leadership Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions to sports.
